Re:Connective Resonance Lab
The Resonance Lab: Where words become embodied connectedness
Monthly reflection and transformation lab, including relational embodiment practices – inspired by the themes and impulses of the current Re:Connective Voices episode.
In our modern world characterized by acceleration, separation and hyper-individualism, we often carry overwhelm, stress and exhaustion in isolation in our own bodies. We learn to function instead of living in real resonance with our environment. This creeping alienation – the being cut off from ourselves and from others – leaves deep-seated imprints in our bodies, our nervous system and our psyche.
The Resonance Lab is the monthly online reflection and practice room of Ayama. Here we take up the scientific and social topics from the current issue of Reconnective Voices. We reflect, exchange ideas and translate the topics directly from the mental level into the tangible experience of our bodies. We practice Systemic Integration through Re:Connective Arts.
This is not about isolated self-optimization, but about rediscovering the relational body: How does it feel to be held? How does real co-regulation arise in relationship-oriented contact? How can we be connected to each other in the long term? What could a consciously embodied society look like?
Building Bridges
A nervous system does not regulate itself in absolute isolation. Our body is dependent on co-regulation and resonance. If we understand relational somatics, we understand that relationship dynamics are not decided in the head, but in the somatic field between us. The Resonance Lab creates the empirical bridge between systemic theory and a tangible connection.
Free. Connected. Being
In the Resonance Lab we create a warm, decelerated space in which you can put away with the intention of doing and the compulsion to perform. You feel the ground beneath you, the healing weight of your own breath and the gentle awareness of not being alone. We explore how nurturing contact feels – without any pressure of expectations, free from performance thinking and in deep respect for your individual limits. What will a new culture of connectedness and resonance look like?
What awaits you in the Resonance Lab
Each session is designed to be trauma-sensitive and combines different dimensions of our being:
Individual arrival:
Gentle anchor exercises for your own body. You get space to perceive your own limits, to orient your nervous system and to anchor yourself safely in your own sensing and feeling.- Reflection and Exchange:
Based on the topics and impulses of the latest episode of Re:Connective Voices, we go into a guided exchange and deep reflection. Relational Somatics & Re:Connective Practice:
Mindful, relationship-oriented micro-practices. Completely voluntarily, we explore forms of co-regulation – through synchronous breathing, mindful eye contact, shared silence or gentle, resonant movement. You will physically experience how connectedness takes tension out of the system.Systemic integration:
A protected framework for conscious sensing and sharing what you have experienced – for a sustainable anchoring in your everyday life and your daily relationships.
