Re:Connective Circles

What are Re:Connective Circles?
Re:Connective Circles are, like Ayama’s seminars, transformational experiential spaces of reconnection that invite the witnessing and healing of our many layers of disconnection through inquiries and explorations into Re:Connective Arts. Together we create nurturing, safe, non-judgemental and compassionate spaces of authenticity, trust and care that invite us to (re-)open ourselves to the beauty and joy of connection – to ourselves, others, Mother Earth, life and love.
Each circle focuses on a specific topic related to love, connection, transformation and healing. During the circles we will employ a wide variety of Re:Connective Arts that allow us to deeply engage with and embody the topic of the circle and that facilitate reconnection by engaging and nourishing body, heart, mind, soul and spirit.
Re:Connective Arts include practices inspired by, depending on the actual circle: Sharing Circles and Circling, Self- and Collective Relational Explorations – Dialogue and Presentations – Reflection and Awareness Practices – Shadow and Inner Parts Work – Conscious and Authentic Relating – Embodiment, Somatics and Bodywork – Free Movement, Dance and Contact Improvisation – Conscious Touch – Meditation – Compassionate and Non-Violent Communication – Ritual – (Primal) Play and Performance – Co-Creation – Compassionate Inquiry – The Work that Reconnects – Open Spaces.
Re:Connective Circles invite you to drop your masks and come as you are, with everything that is alive in you. You are very welcome. Let us explore and co-create new ways and paths of relating and healing for a “more beautiful world our hearts know is possible” (Charles Eisenstein).
Please come with an open mind and a readiness to gently challenge yourself – within a space that is created to carry and nurture you throughout this process. A challenge holds great potential for growth, expansion, understanding, realization – particularly if consciously experienced and integrated and held in a caring and compassionate space.

Circle Details
Embodying Love – Wednesday 9. April 2025 – 18.30-22.00
Let’s come together and explore what it means to embody love. We will explore different meanings and practices of love and loving that allow us to come into deeper contact with ourselves and others.
Together we will explore what love means to each one of us, where our own love may be blocked and how we can embody and practice The Art of Re:Connective Loving with ourselves and in connection with others.
This very special Re:Connective Circle invites us to experience ourselves in a deeply re-enlivened way – by reconnecting with our emotional, sensual, physical and authentic being.
Facilitated by: Lars Weckbecker and L’Aura D’Alba
Embodying Trust – Wednesday 23. April 2025 – 18.30-22.00
Trust is foundational for the experience of (healthy) connection and needs compassionate and safe spaces to flourish. And it’s becoming increasingly scarce in our culture.
During this circle we will explore questions and issues of trust and how they relate to our (in-)ability to experience and express love and connection. We will invite you to explore your own relationship to love, trust and connection. Through this self-inquiry you can come into deeper contact with yourself by growing your understanding of how trust, love and connection are interrelated and how they shape your personal life.
Together we will playfully, lovingly, mindfully and openly encounter ourselves and others and look at where our own trust may be hurt or limited and how we can cultivate trust to create and deepen intimate and meaningful connections and to grow deep community.
Facilitated by: Lars Weckbecker and Linda Burdall
Embodying Authenticity – Wednesday 7. May 2025 – 18.30-22.00
What does it mean to be “truly authentic”? Are you able to authentically live your life without hiding? Are you able to receive and accept the authenticity of others? How do personal and social expectations condition your authentic expression?
In this circle we will explore what it means and requires to be authentic and how it can act as a liberating and healing agent for individual and collective transformation.
You are warmly invited to step into the circle in your full authenticity, with whatever wants to show up in the moment. Which thoughts, feelings or needs do show up? Where are you limiting yourself in your authentic expression and how can you fully embody it?
Allow yourself to come playfully into touch with your own needs, desires and boundaries, for instance the need and desire for connection, and experience how liberating and healing it can feel to be in authentic and vibrant connection with yourself and others.
Facilitated by: Lars Weckbecker and L’Aura D’Alba
Embodying Playfulness – Wednesday 14. May 2025 – 18.30-22.00
Let’s come together and play!
Playfulness is a fundamental aspect of being human. As children, play is the means by which we explore the world, inquire, grow and learn. It is a naturally given impulse and drive that gives them deep joy and let’s them be fully present in the moment.
As grown ups most of us have forgotten how to play and repressed the impulse and drive to being playful. Some even become shameful or judgemental when it comes to grown ups being playful. Yet play can be incredibly joyful, healing, transformative and even liberating.
So let’s explore the importance of being playful. And then, let’s embody playfulness together! Let yourself be surprised…
